Project: Frameworks

Contract Value: €6 Million - over 3 year period.

Description: Frameworks contract direct for Irish Rail.

Includes maintenance work to tracks nationwide, civil

works to platforms, welding works etc.

Client: Pierse Contracting Ltd

Project: Clongriffin Town Centre

Contract Value: €4 Million.

Description: Ground works contract on new town centre

in Clongriffin. Reduce level excavation formwork to

underground basements and installation of all major

services.

Client: MQC Developments

Project: Monreagh Housing Development - Burnfoot

Contract Value: €1.3 Million.

Description: Ground works contract on new housing

development in Co. Donegal. Reduce level excavation

to residential site including excavation and installation

of cofferdam for all major services and shuttering works.

Recent Sub-Contracts Undertaken

Client: MVMBN JV

Project: Luas 600 project

Contract Value: €22 Million.

Description: Providing labour and plant to carry out

all construction aspects including excavations in public

areas, service laying, paving, bollards/barrier

installation, formwork contracts, traffic management;

etc to the original Luas 600 project in the city centre.

Client: Iarnrod Eireann

Project: Various Station Upgrades

Contract Value: €2.5 Million.

Description: Upgrade works to stations all over

Ireland including Pearse Station and Tara Station in

Dublin. Works include, formwork and associated new

platform construction works and underground access

culverts.
